Guests have access to the entire home -inside and out - EXCEPT the homeowner's lockout closets.
Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

Terra Lago is a highly sought after community that features amazing lakes, walking paths and 2 public 18 hole golf courses. Close to the freeways, dinning, shopping and casinos.
Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them.
Getting Around:
Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!
Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.

We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. To ensure an early check in please put in a request in advance. A $100 fee will guarantee that your beautiful home is ready early for your arrival.
