This property was absolutely disgusting had cockroaches coming from the ceiling and from behind the toilet.There was no hot water no heater or A/C when asked to move rooms they said none available but on here they had 3 rooms left! Oh and no blankets no pillow but 1 towels and blankets they never had them to gives what we needed.Worse experience

I have never been treated so disrespectfully by the office management. I was there to attend Coachella and booked through Expedia. Unfortunately most of the options were already booked. Nevertheless, I expected better service. We were given a room close to the office. After the first day of Coachella, we returned to the motel surrounded by police. Apparently one of the guests had stolen merchandise and the officers needed to break down the door at the room next to ours to try to apprehend the criminals. Unfortunately our room key did not work and I had to retreave a replacement key as all the drama unfolded around us. Aside from that incident, since the property is next to train tracks, it was extremely challenging to sleep through the night. To make matters even worse, the motel charged me twice (on my credit card) at a rate of $697/night for a single bed room. I told the office manager that Expedia had quoted and confirmed the total cost at $848 total for all 3 nights. She responded that she arbitrarily decided to raise the room rate higher than Expedia’s contracted rate and this was permissible at her discretion, given the high demand. I contacted Expedia and they said she was not permitted to do that and I would have to challenge the charges with my credit card company. I was shocked at this kind of clearly fraudulent and illegal activity. Each time I called the motel 6 office and asked for the manager, she would not come to the phone for at least 15-20

Worse motel 6 I have seeing and stay at I would like a refund. The room was very old and the main door was slightly side so we had an air flow. The restroom was very dirty and the floor as well. Wouldn’t recommend or return it overall.

They had hot water and charged me $144. Upon check in should’ve mentioned it to customers. I found out after running the water, seen it wasn’t getting hot. I was told I’ll be given a discount never did. The hot water came on the next morning at 6am. I checked out at 7am

The hotel is on a main highway and it is so loud!! I think a train also passes right in front and makes the room shake!! The bathroom was a bit dirty it had an old contact lense stuck to the wall from the previous guests and the sink bowl was dirty as well.

The door of the room was partially open on the bottom because of warping i guess, when I arrived my room was dirty bed was a mess so the too they reserved for me had never be cleaned from the last stay so they gave me a different room. No heater in my room, I was cold most time there.

Initially I had trouble opening the room door. I eventually got in and dropped off my bags. I went to dinner and when I returned could not get back in. I went to the front desk and the woman told me to go back and try pulling up on the handle. I did this and still could not get in so I returned to the front desk. This time the employee walked me to the room to help. She was not able to get in either so she broke-in through the window. I told her I felt unsafe because of how easy it was to break-in. She locked and screwed-down the window for me. I learned that they had previous problems with that door. They should have fixed it before renting out the room. The woman should have helped me the first time I went to the front desk. I am a 63 year-old-woman, carrying packages, who had to walk up the stairs, down the stairs, up the stairs, down the stairs and back up again to get into the room. The room was inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

Check in time was 3:00. I arrived at 5:30 and was told my reserved room was not ready but i could be assigned s different room. That room was not clean, smelled like cigarettes and the door looked like it had recently been broken into. When i told the clerk the room was unacceptable, she told me to come back in an hour for a different room. After I returned 15 minutes later and asked for a refund, i was told they had a room for me. The room, while clean had no hot water at the sink or shower. Tenant next door had a barking dog and the neighborhood was noisy and felt unsavory.

Checking in was through a bulletproof window which immediately made me feel unsafe in the area. The door locks apparently have issues with sticking and there is a specific way that they had to be opened. This was not passed on to me during check in. The heater didn’t work. There was only freezing cold air blowing into the room. The thermostat didn’t work either. The temperature of the air never changed. We turned everything off and luckily were satisfied with the ambient temperature in the room.

The rooms smell so much like smoke. I saw a bug first thing when I opened the door. It just needs to be cleaned and they need to be non smoking

The staff at the front desk did not could not find my reservation. And then we had a failure to communicate and they only booked me for one night when I had to previously booked. So when I'm at a function I get a call from the hotel that I was supposed to be out of my room.
