Large House w/Great Pool and View
Jennifer has put a great amount of thought into making the house and experience of her guests enjoyable. The kitchen was nicely stocked as well as the pantry. It's nice to not have to run out to get coffee filters etc. The pool was lovely and though I did not go in the hot tub my friend did and she loved it. The neighborhood is gated which I also liked and I appreciated Jennifer taking the time to add the main entrance for the community is on Monroe and not where Maps takes you. All in all I recommend her place for a nice getaway and will be returning next time I have a calling to get some sun in the desert.

Lovely Pool House in Indio
Great home. Clean and exactly as described. Home well stocked with most everything you would want on vacation. The pool was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Great communication from owner. Definitely recommend this property.

Family weekend
Had an out of town wedding we had to attend…Wanted a place to stay for weekend with our kids and grandkids. This was great! Plenty of room for us and very comfortable. Loved the backyard with pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and view of golf course! Great communication with owners as well!

Good Value
Property in need of some small maintenance and upgrading,but expected for age and price. Jennifer great host, very responsive. Biggest problem is lack of access to the community, as only one gate allowed to be used ,and must be manually let in. Long lineups at certain times of the day.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave comments. In regards to the community gates, we are sorry you had issue. In the check in instructions, I request your license plate so that you could use the multiple side automated gates. I'm so sorry that you did not notice this feature so that your access to and from the property would have been much quicker and smoother. In all other aspects we are pleased you had a wonderful stay.

Great Location!!
The house was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Was close to everything as well and was seamless in and out of complex. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fun house near Polo Grounds events
This house is accessed via Monroe St and is about 5 minutes from the Polo Grounds. Adequately maintained as a rental, clean new sheets, nicely arranged and cleaned living space, kitchen with essentials. The hot tub requires the internet to be working but there are clear instructions to use it near the control pad and this was fun to have. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts at the club house too! Thanks!

Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of extras
We stayed in Mid Oct 2023 which was 100 plus degrees but the house was nice and cold from the A/C. Ping pong and air hockey tables were a nice feature in the garage which had a separate A/C unit to keep it cool. If you are like to play pickleball, the housing complex has about 8 courts with lights for night time play. After a long day of golf, the jacuzzi and pool worked out well.

We had a few issues with the pool but Jennifer was very responsive and fixed the problem. I would definitely be back. This is a beautiful comfy home.

The property was great. The kids enjoyed themselves with the games in the garage. The A/C out there was perfect for keeping it cool out there. The pool and the spa was amazing. Jennifer was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely return and stay again. The kids have already asked to do so next year!

Great family getaway
We decided on a quick last minute getaway before kids went back to school. We were so happy with this home. It felt like home! Super clean. Kitchen is super stocked with literally everything you need for any meal of the day. Even baking! Pool was where we spent most our days and evenings. Host was amazing and easy to contact and communicate with. Told her we will be returning! Awesome home!

Indio trip
We had to go to Indio for my sons soccer tournament and needed a place to stay. We found Jennifer’s home, which was only 10 min away from the field and immediately booked it. I had some questions and Jennifer always answered them in a timely manner. The home had everything we needed from the pots and pans, spices, toaster oven and many many other a amenities not mentioned in the posting. There was even a rice cooker if you needed to cook rice. Also, towels and toiletries were provided. There was even a pool and spa that the kids used. The home was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely stay at the home again for any future soccer tournaments in the Coachella valley.

Great Home to Relax!
We just concluded a week in Indio at this amazing home. It was everything we could have hoped for! The home is very spacious and well equipped for our family of 4 adults + baby. Whether we were cooking or just relaxing by the pool or in the games room, there was something for everyone. The location is also great! Located in a quiet and very well kept gated country club community, central to Joshua Tree National Park of even downtown Palm Springs. Just hop on I-10 and you’re anywhere in no time. As someone pointed out, the entrance to the main gate can get backed up, but here’s a Pro Tip: on busy days or times of day, come in on Monroe from Avenue 50, not Avenue 48. :) Jennifer was awesome to deal with. Great communication from start to finish. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, including getting the pool filters cleaned for us quickly. We really loved the home and we’d definitely stay here again. Maybe do more golfing next time.

Great place!
This is a wonderful home. Check in could not have been easier. The pool and spa worked great. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions prior to our stay and during our stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice view of the golf course and the mountains. Instructions for pool, spa, tvs, etc were well done and easy to use. Home was very clean. It’s nice being in a gated community even if the entry gate has a bit of a wait (5-20 minutes) in the evenings. We’ll look to return on our next visit to Palm Springs. Thanks Jennifer!

Amazing stay in Indio!
I went to celebrate my 65th birthday and could not be happier. The property is beautiful in a gated community. Jennifer is a wonderful hostess. And everything was perfect! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect retreat from real life
We celebrated my birthday here with a couple of friends. We just wanted a mellow place in beautiful surroundings with a pool! It was perfect. You might have to rock, paper, scissors for the master bedroom cuz it’s amazing! The other two rooms are nice too. The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit for our 100 degree days. Jennifer was very helpful and very communicative. I would definitely return here.
