This beautifully designed 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath luxury La Quinta area vacation home comfortably sleeps 14 people and is ready for your arrival with high thread count linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & 5-star hotel quality amenities and extras.
The home is situated on a generously landscaped lot, with a beautiful lawn, mountain views, and private pool and spa. Boulder accents and lounge chairs surround the pool, which is saltwater, comes with a tanning shelf, and is heated in the winter. Relax in the spa after your round of golf or hike on one of our famous trails. Covered built in BBQ is connected to natural gas, and makes grilling up dinner a breeze. Several tables and plenty of outdoor dining accommodate everyone in your group.
Inside the home neutral colors welcome you to relax and unwind. The great room has an oversized sofa with flatscreen TV, and gas fireplace. Start your own billiards championship with the pool table in the game room, which also features a roulette table. Formal dining room has seating for 8 guests with comfy, cushioned chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, place settings, and everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. There is also a dining table for 6 plus extra bar stools.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, 48" flatscreen TV, access to the pool outside, plus en suite bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is an attached casita and has a King bed, 48" flatscreen TV, en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twins and and shares a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. The fourth bedroom has a King bed, 52in flatscreen TV, and shares a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. The fifth bedroom has a King bed, 52" flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom.
