“Clean room”

“Great staff! Clean and spotless!!”

“The property is very clean. The room we had was very clean and a lot of room which was great for being there for 7 days for a livestock show. Laundry facility was clean and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Very quiet at night. The only issue we had was the amount of parking which was very tight with lots of trucks, a couple small buses there a couple of nights. Only a mile from the fairgrounds which was great.”

“The door to get in said room key was needed but that was broke. There was a used towel on the hook in the bathroom and the hotel seat was gross from how old it was. Updates needed. The smell was awful in the whole place”

“It’s just Ok. It’s safe and quiet and on a busy street with plenty of food options. The room was not as maintained as other best westerns i’ve been too. not bad, just not great.”

“The room was clean, the bathroom had used toilet paper in the toilet. The shower had no pressure and after one shower, minimal hot water. There was a humming noise throughout the night and finally figured out that was the refrigerator. And the smell of weed as soon as we got there in the inside hallway.”

“I booked this room months ago. When I went to check in they stated my card couldn't be charged, therefore, booking through Expedia didn't happen. They requested I book through them and the cost of the room was $60 more. Why didn't Expedia contact me if my card wasn't working . . . they have my address, email and phone number. A hassle that wasn't necessary given the amount of information we have to provide to obtain a room not to mention the additional $$ it costs to solidify a room.”

“I was told that the bartender would have all the information because we came in late. We get there and no bartender. We called and waited for them to call back. I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room. There was a slope in the floor and is very unsafe when trying to go to the restroom especially if your handicapped. Also on the slope its not noted. The bed frame stood out more than the mattress. “Comfortable beds, great shower, lovely restaurant on site, quiet, convenient. Younger man at checking was very helpful and friendly.”

“Pretty old. Only 1 elevator, so we had to do a lot of walking to get to our room.”

“Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.”
