「Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!」

「The property was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. I did find the chart with the bus schedule to the beach and other places very confusing. However, a staff person helped me understand it. Your beach access is gorgeous. My only complaint is about the butter and noodles dish for kids. This was a dish on the kids menu, but it was too sophisticated. 「Good position」

「The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay」

「Beautiful view of the beach. Room needs updating a lot. Chairs on balcony need replacing. Door to balcony is hard to close. Last night we were there we found roaches crawling on floor and wall on the side of the room that my grandson slept on.. I don’t recommend it. Parking lot small but parking area across street also.」

「We unfortunately had to cancel our trip after our dog was diagnosed with a tumor and required urgent surgery. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward—we were eventually ignored, and we never even received the...

「The place was a great stay however, the room we got was not to our liking. Unfortunately the layout of the room for us wasn’t the best. Maybe if we would have gotten a different room this would have been different. The gym has very limited equipment. Breakfast was decent. Overall it’s a great stay if you get the correct room.」
