“To start, when I showed up they gave my room to someone else. So they downgraded my room and refused to give me a discount for it (I already payed in advance.)
My doors swipe mechanism didn’t work. And when I went to the office to be let in everyday. I was greeted with eye rolls and big sighs. They were so rude.
The sheets had holes in them.
The bathtub was gross and had a broken drain/plug
The dish-ware was gross
The air conditioner was super loud and annoying

“First room smelled so much like urine we had to immediately exit. Front desk (Jessica maybe...) was very prompt in finding an alternative room. Second room was cramped but clean. AC unit was obnoxiously loud but effective.”
