「Very disappointing stay. The room smelled terrible, and the shower was dirty. I reported the smell, but instead of moving me to another available room, the staff just sprayed air freshener and did nothing else. The pool was out of service, and on check-out day the elevator was also out of service. Poor customer service and not worth the stay.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding」
