Great hotel poor Wi-Fi

There was confusion over the cost of half board which I wasn't happy with. Should have properly clarified before I checked in. However, to be fair, this is a great hotel. The single rooms are large and spotless. I had room 310 with a lovely balcony and beautiful view. The food is plentiful and top quality and the hotel. Com half board rate a steal compared to the hotel price. Its a 6 minute walk to town. There is free parking. The one real negative is the WiFi which is terrible and forever dropping out.

No WiFi connection by phone for much of my stay and no connection ever on the laptop. No one interested in sorting it out. Staff in restaurant lovely. Staff on reception seemed pretty miserable and generally unhelpful. Shower door kept closing in mid shower- a minor problem but can’t iOS be repaired with a little care. No late check out possible even though promised in brochure. Overall a decent place but must sift out WiFi.

Wonderful hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. Or you can walk there. We rented lockers for our skis near the lifts so we didn't need to carry them around, which made things very easy. The town of Seefeld is charming, again very classic Alpine/Tirolean. Skiing wise, a great place for beginners/relaxed skiers, it is small, with mostly blue runs, and various mountain cafes with beautiful views. I was travelling with my father and appreciated that this hotel has well priced single rooms. Would return. I also think it would be great for a large group trip.

Wish they had walk-in Showers

Overall no complaints. But all the bathrooms have bathtubs with a hand shower. If you are older it’s almost inaccessible. The outdoor pool was great. The restaurant was great and the service was great.

Seefeld visit

The facility is nice, excellent complex of pulls and sauna. Great breakfast with variety of choices also is repetitive a little. Gabby is excellent host and nice person. This is a dog hotel, I love dogs but not the fur that was not properly vacuumed from the carpet and left on my socks… The location is 10-15 minutes walking from the center BUT if you plan to dine at evening and it’s raining, be prepared to walk in the dark or pay 45 Euro per person (including teens) for gourmet 3 course meal. The fact that there was no restaurant nearby that you can order a la carte at the evening was inconvenient for us. The reception there were 2 guys, one of them was extremely unpleasant, he wouldn’t provide information on meals options and advised to come at evening and ask the supervisor. Also he told us one morning that our dog was disturbing the neighbors even though we didn’t had a dog. Al in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the pools and the sauna but I wouldn’t choose this hotel for my next Seefeld visit.

Man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen. Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war top. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und auch die Chefin macht ihre Rundgänge und schaut, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Pool- und Saunalandschaft sind super schön und das Personal am Empfang und bei der Sauna sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft. Man hat zb auch Smoothies bekommen. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr großzügig mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Berge. Bei der Buchung habe ich überlesen, dass es ein Hotel mit Hunden ist. Ich habe auch einige gesehen, welche ruhig waren. Nur leider der Hund nebenan war immer der Meinung bellen zu müssen, wenn seine Herrchen zum Essengehen oder so alleine gelassen haben. Das fand ich nervig. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es gab sogar ein Restaurantbereich wo sie ihren Hund hätten mitnehmen können. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Meget fin morgenmad og rigtig fint saunaområde, vil gerne have haft at saunaen åbnede tidligere på dagen, så det kan bruges om morgenen. Vi var ikke klar over at det var et hotel målrettet gæster med hund, men det gjorde ikke noget.
