体验不太好
这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。

This is a great hotel with friendly staff. Really accessible for old town and the shopping area. The breakfast is lovely and the pool area is a lively bonus. Great weekend. Also the bar has a great live band on Friday night.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at Hotel Grauer Bär in Innsbruck, Austria. While we didn't explore all the facilities, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's pool. The inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, and well-maintained surroundings made our swimming experience truly enjoyable. The central location allowed us easy access to the city's attractions, and the staff's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Though we didn't use the spa, fitness room, or the restaurant, our experience at Hotel Grauer Bär was four-star worthy, and we would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing and centrally located accommodation in Innsbruck.

I didn’t stay at this property because they over booked and didn’t have a room for me. It was 8pm at night, on the 30th of December and I’m for certain all the other hotels around the area were booked. The property had booked a room for me at a property near by the said the room was more costly. The new property was old, the room was not clean but we didn’t have a choice. We reached out to Expedia and they could not offer any help. This is the LAST time I use Expedia for any of my travels. I don’t care if I already built a loyalty program with them because it obviously doesn’t have any value, I will start building with another company which will take care of their loyal customers.

The room was very clean and comfortable, although a little warm. Luckily we visited in December and on the 3rd floor so simply cracking a window cooled the room very nicely. When we made our reservation it was clear, either a king bed or two twins, so of course we had two twin beds. The beds are pushed together to make 1 bed, not a big deal and still very comfortable. Plus as my wife and I have been traveling in Prague, Austria and Germany, we find the bed situation to be the norm. We arrived at 11:45 pm but with the reception desk being open 24 hours a day, there again no problems with our check in. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, polite and all had smiles on. (Even at almost midnight for our check in) The pool is absolutely beautiful and when you’re given a robe for the pool at check in how do you go wrong? The included breakfast buffet is probably the best variety, tasting, clean, and comfortable I have enjoyed ever in all our travels. Now understand I live in Nevada, the buffet capital of the world. I was extremely impressed! And once again the staff at breakfast went out of their way to help me find some Tabasco. We did not try the steakhouse in the lobby, but it smelled fantastic. Easy 10 minute walk from the train station and to all the shops. I really don’t have anything bad to say. When we come to Innsbruck again we will definitely stay again.

Das Hotel liegt superzentral und ist vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das angebotene Frühstück ist sehr gut bestückt. Mit teils lauten Arbeitsgeräuschen ab 6 Uhr morgens und auch Abends (Uni in direkter Nähe) muss gerechnet werden. Die Höflichkeit des Personals am Empfang ist allerdings noch verbesserungswürdig. Als Gast erwartet man von einem 4-Sterne-Personal entgegengebrachte Aufmerksamkeit und Höflichkeit (Gruß) nicht als Bringschuld des Gastes.
