Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, und der Wellnessbereich machte einen guten Eindruck. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers etwas zu wünschen übrig, mit Haaren auf der Bettwäsche und den Fliesen. Das Essen am Freitag war sehr gut, jedoch enttäuschte das Buffet am Samstag. Trotz der Werbung, dass auf vegetarische Wünsche eingegangen wird, gab es nur eine vegetarische Option ( Schlutzkrapfen mit Spinat und eine Kindertomatensauce), während über fünf hochwertige Fleischgerichte mit zahlreichen Saucen angeboten wurden. Auf meine Nachfrage am Morgen des Samstaga nach einer weiteren vegetarischen Alternative (gebackener Käse oder ähnliches) wurde leider nichts unternommen, was für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und der angeblichen Beachtung verschiedener Diäten, wie es auf der Website beworben wird, enttäuschend war. Wir haben das Hotel eigentlich deshalb gebucht, Das Menü kostet für Hotelgäste 60€ - für Vegetarier am Samstagsbuffet definitiv unverhältnismäßig

Tutto io comfort a portata di mano

Piacevole soggiorno con tutti i comfort. Struttura ben posizionata a pochi passi da tutto. Vicino e presente anche un supermercato , possibilità di ricarica fino a 4 mezzi. Zona spa molto bella , ben strutturata e con tutti i comfort. Se vogliamo proprio trovare un suggerimento ma puro pare “personale” che non incide sull’ottimo soggiorno, cuscini non adatti alle mie personali abitudini e possibilità di usufruire dei servizi spa magari già a partire dalle ore 12. Ma ribadisco nel complesso abbiamo passato 4 giorni coccolati da questa struttura.

Wir sind oft in Österreich unterwegs und haben mehrere familientauglichen Hotels zu Winterzeiten besucht und ich muss sagen dass die meisten Hotels sehr herzlich und (Kinder)freundlich sind und der Stubaier Hof ist aber Benchmark! Wir kommen gerne wieder und weiter so! Vielen Dank für die schönen Zeiten. Ich glaube das Hotel hat keinen Garagenparkplatz, das Parken im Freien ist für uns ok da der VW Bus eh nicht in die Garage passt. Bg aus München!

L'accueil a été très moyen, la jeune fille au comptoir était presque désagréable et plutôt sèche. Le prix payé est très largement surévalué. Le dîner nous a été facturé 48€ par personne, hors boisson, tout ça pour un buffet !!! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement

Super Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Essen! Der Pool war allerdings unbrauchbar, da zu kalt und wir aus dem Nebengebäude (0,5km) auf die Duschen und die Umkleide angewiesen waren. Von denen gab es jeweils nur eine (funktionierende). Alles in allem viel zu teuer für das was geboten war.

Cozy, quiet apartment, perfect for two

The small town of Neustift was amazing and our accommodations were incredible! Nice apartment with spectacular views. The hotel staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. The apartments are not located in the main building, so the walk to the spa/pool was about 300m. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to the next one. Only a five minute walk to the ski lift.
