位置很好，有清晰的指示牌，很好找。去景點很方便，週邊屬於住宅區，很清靜。 沒有電梯，我們住5樓，提行李上樓有點難度。46房（3人房）的淋浴間去水有問題，因為是晚上，就沒有通知服務員，去了朋友的房間洗澡。早餐很簡單，味道不錯。唯獨熟雞蛋是冰的，懷疑是直接從冰箱取出來的。

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer im 3. Stock. (Ohne Lift) Das Zimmer war etwas aus der Mode, jedoch sauber. Auch das Bad ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Obwohl einige Nachteile beim Buchen in Kauf genommen werden müssen, war das Personal jederzeit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind aber leider nur begrenzt vorhanden und das Parken auf der Strasse ist auch nur teilweise möglich.

Basic Room (fine) but missing hot water
The gentle man that checked us in was friendly. The room was basic and we were glad to find a room to accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen kids). The beds were firm (firmness is a personal preference, but for me much too firm for a comfortable night's sleep. The most frustrating part was not having hot water for showers. One person showered around 9:30pm and the shower was fine. The second shower was around 11:30 and it was cool/cold (not freezing but definitely not warm or hot as you'd expect). The morning showers were also the same. Mind you that the first shower that was warm was not excessively long using up the hot water. When I checked out in the morning I alerted the woman to the issue and she said that the only thing she could offer us was another room to shower in. At that point, we had already showered (too much of an inconvenience to try to solve the problem when you are already in the shower). I was disappointed that we weren't offered any compensation as we paid quite a bit for the room and didn't have the basic services like a proper shower.

Good value for money
Cold buffet breakfast was basic but delicious and plentiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is a short walk from the centre, up a hill. Staff were friendly. Good value for money.

Soweit ok. Bei geöffneten Fenster kann man im Sommer nicht schlafen, Kirchenglocken läuten alle Viertel Stunde. Jegliche Unterhaltung vorbei gehender Passanten hallt laut. Unsere Zimmertüre stand an einem Nachmittag als wir von der Wanderung retour kamen weit offen, wir hatten allerdings am Morgen abgeschlossen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption kamen bloß verwunderte Blicke, keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen. Zum Glück wurde nichts gestohlen.

Just need to be friendlier, room service forgot our towels on second day, when we requested them from reception response was like we had done something wrong. Room is basic. Breakfast basic and crowded.

Værelset var både fint og rent. Sengene var dog stenhårde. Madrassen var tynd og under den lå en træplade der gjorde sengen vanvittig hård. Meget ukomfortabelt og påvirkede søvnen en del.

Great but warm
The facility was amazing. Rooms were clean, and had great air flow. This was important since there was no a/c, and we stayed during a warm period. The includes breakfast was good as well.

Great chance to stay in innsbruck.
Everything was great, it was nice to be in a hotel close to old town innsbruck and have the option for parking a rental. Morning breakfast had something for everyone 😋

L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro nonostante sia in una zona assolutamente tranquilla. Ci hanno dato una mansarda stupenda, pulita, ariosa, al di sopra delle aspettative. A differenza di molte altre strutture, questa ha un piccolo parcheggio. Consigliatissimo.
