賣點是近火車站及有落地玻璃一望無際的景色吸引住。房間沒有礦泉水供應，早餐buffet沒有很多食物選擇，但在頂樓吃早餐景觀真的一流，除非為了對住景觀吃早餐，只付一天早餐費用已足夠。由酒店行去Main square只需15分鐘，不用坐車。火車站附近有shuttle bus 去水晶世界，但要留意班次。Anyway , 酒店景觀一流。

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

Great location next to all transit hubs and the city centre. Customer service was not the best. Tried to call the hotel several times before arriving and was just placed on hold. Check in staff was curt and dismissive. Room was clean but only had a half roll of toilet paper and no replacement. A wonderful hotel with a great view over the mountains and train tracks - the room was a little on the small side, but the stay was extremely comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast provided was also of a good variety and I would recommend this hotel to all who may want to have a convenient option for lodging near the Innsbruck train station.

Wasn’t impressed but a good location for a quick stop over from train station. Room was very small and overlooked train tracks, no view. For a longer stay, I would recommend Adlers Hotel at the end of the street instead — beautiful view and pleasant staff for around the same price.

Location To train station could not be better. Our room was very clean and comfortable albeit a bit on the small size. No kettle in room but one was provided when I asked along with a couple of coffee mugs, but no coffee. Given our arrival and departure times the location was most important. If we were staying longer in Innsbruck I would have booked a hotel in the old town.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good — the staff was kind and the place was clean. However, the temperature in the room was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hot, and there were no windows to ventilate. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was locked and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. This is something that definitely needs improvement.
