"Property was definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Staff was nice but they were definitely understaffed. The water park was ok, not every pool was heated. Property def needs another hot tub. "

"This hotel was nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Our room was comfortable. The staff accommodated our booking switch up (canceled for the wrong week and let us rebook the right week without any extra charges). The agent at the front desk was very patient when attending to rude guests. I saw her manage late night check-ins and impatient people being rude. She kept an even tone and helped them the best she could. Overall our stay here was easy and parking was not an issue. They also don't charge parking fees which is great. "
