“We spent 2 different nights at the Mt McKinney lodge. Our 1st stay, we had ordered a handicapped room, they put us in a room on the 2nd floor, no elevator, 2 parking lots and 2 buildings away from our build and of course the room wasn't handicapped friendly, then it took over an hour to get the same kind of room on the 1st floor in the same building. On our 2nd stay the room and location were great, except when we got to our room it was all ready occupied by a lady who had just USED the……
