A third sleeping area, perfect for younger adventurers, features a twin-over-twin bunk with a hidden trundle—like a secret slumber party nook nestled beneath the eaves.

In the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find SMEG appliances as charming as they are functional, alongside a gleaming espresso machine to start your mornings in true Italian style. There is direct access to the river right outside the front of the property - please bear this in mind when booking with small children.
Parking for 3 cars only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.
Cooling: There is a window AC unit in each upstairs bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th. There are also portable fans in the shed to the right of the house if you need them. The cabin stays pretty cool with the breeze from the river and it’s surrounded by tall trees.
The top bunk is for children only.
