Great location

The location is perfect to be secluded and close enough to shops at North Conway. Great out door area for kids and dogs. The host was very responsive with communication. We stayed further down the road last year and definitely prefer the setting at this house with the river in the backyard.

Ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were firm but comfortable. It took a while to heat upstairs with space heaters but kept them on and it stayed nice and warm. We loved the radiant flooring and wood features on the main level. Overall it was very comfortable. Would recommend it.

Calm serenity River Side

Beautiful property pictures were spot on. We wish check in was a little earlier since being 5pm and so dark GPS had us pulling into neighbors driveway and directions should say driveway is right before bridge. Using the app not user friendly and wish we could have communicated via text since WiFi spotty we would rent again. Host was great 👍

Lovely Ecclectic Home right on the East Branch River

Very lovely Ecclectic home with a small amount of isolated land along the East Branch River. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area and utilized the screened in porch room as our main area to hang out as a group. The home itself has most of the things you need to get along. Very hard mattresses!! It appears that a family really has loved, lived and expanded in this home. Beware of sap all over your car, the trees are gorgeous but everywhere. Not the rentals fault!
