Et utrolig dejligt sted med rigtig pænt og veludstyret fælles køkken. Vores værelse B2, var dejlig lyst med rigtig god seng og adgang til et perfekt badeværelse. Beliggenhed lige midt i byen meget tæt ved stationen, var perfekt for os. Et sted vi helt sikkert gerne vil komme til igen!

My mother and I stayed at Jacobite House for 6 nights and had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy and quick, and our room (B1) was comfortable and spotless. When we needed anything, staff working on site were only too happy to help. Location can’t be beat; you are right in the heart of Inverness city centre, and you are within easy walking distance to all amenities. There is some noise from street level, but that quickly becomes white noise! We highly recommend staying here!

Rigtig dejligt værelse med eget bad, alt meget pænt og rent. Adgang til fællesrum/ køkken, der er meget veludstyret. Alt i alt et virkelig dejligt sted. God central beliggenhed midt i byen, og meget nemt at vi selv kan komme ind i bygning og værelse med koder.

Excellent location - close to the rail station, restaurants and sites. Room was large as well as the bathroom. I highly recommend the property.

This place is very poor value for money. Stay anywhere else. We stayed in 4C. The room was tiny. The table and chairs were too small and unsteady to use. The bathroom was cramped. There is no staff present. The narrow, winding staircase made it hard to bring luggage up to our fourth-floor room. Street noise from the bars on the street below was annoying. The unscreened windows were open when we arrived. There is a communal kitchen, very modestly equipped. Really, stay anyplace else.

The room is not the same as the picture online, much smaller, and the bed is not a king size bed. Upon arrival, we noticed the kettle is not cleaned. There were dark liquids in it. Poor ventilation, radiators did not work. This is the worst hotel room we ever stayed in.

When they say check out at 10:00 am it is 10:00 am in the dot. We tried to get into our room at 10:02 and the code has already been changed. We tried contacting the number given multiple times and it was unresponsive. I finally got a very quick reply when messaging through Expedia.

The communal kitchen was wonderful. The bathroom was problematic. The sink was nearly impossible to use - tiny and there was a shelf just above the sink that impeded access to the sink. So there was a lot of splashing water!
