Couldn't be better

Brilliant accommodation at an amazing price. The bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was clean. The perfect place to stay after a wet day down at Cairngorm. If we visit Inverness again, it'll be at Kemp's guesthouse.

The KEMPS is a small guest house with clean, updated rooms. Our room was a good size and included a table and chairs. The hosts were very helpful with information about local attractions and restaurants. We would love to stay there again.

Fantastic Stay

This was a fantastic stay,Danny and Laura the owners were so incredibly kind and helpful. Check in was nice and easy and the room was beautifully clean. Parking was fantastic and a bonus to have a little mini fridge in the room also.

Lovely place!

I love staying at The Kemps. The host was very friendly! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a great night of sleep before hitting the road. That's a lot of stores around the property which makes it easier to walk around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Danny was so helpful, giving us all kinds of advice for our stay in Inverness and our trip. He is from the Glencoe area and gave us great recommendations for travel. Kemps guesthouse couldn’t have been more friendly. Everything was perfect.

Host made you feel at home. She even made supper reservations for us at the Waterfront which I highly recommend. We walked and it wasn’t far. Laura leaves little extras for you in the room that the bigger places do not. Very thoughtful host.

A wee gem

This place was a great find. Friendly host, lovely room, easy parking and lot of wee extras to make my stay comfortable (including chocolates, Whoo hoo). I was warned that room 4 might have road noise, but, in fact, the glazing was excellent and i can honestly say that I had a great night's sleep. Also, though i didnt need them, the hosts thoughtfully provide ear plugs. I will definitely be back!

This has been our favourite stay during our 2 weeks in the UK! The bed was so comfy, shower was excellent, property was spotless. The owners go above and beyond with their helpfulness, upkeep of the property, décor, amenities, and delicious breakfast. I almost wish this has been our first stop as the owners are so helpful and knowledgeable about Scotland that I felt as though they could have planned our trip for us! They know so many great places to tour, hike, sightsee, etc. What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at The KEMPS guesthouse! Sweet Guest House with lovely hosts Laura and Danny run a sweet little Guest House where I had a lovely 3-night stay. You order breakfast the night before and Danny cooks it in the morning - full Scottish available and a great way to start the day. The house is an easy and lovely river-walk into the heart of the city in one direction and out the canal in the other. The home is sparkling clean with updated bathrooms, comfy beds and lots of little amenities, like a mini-fridge in the room. The owners live upstairs and are a great source of information about the area. This was the perfect place for me to land for a 3-week solo tour of Scotland. I did not have a car and could get around easily. There is a grocery directly across the street, as well as a bus stop. I would love to stay here again.
