Lovely place!

It’s so peaceful and beautiful at this property! If you have a problem, the owner is right on it making sure that all your needs are met! This is our second time to visit this property and we were more than satisfied and more than happy! I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice neighborhood, home needs to be taken care of better.

The home was nice, for the most part. The Florida room was never used because it smelled moldy and musty. The toilet in the bathroom off the laundry room constantly clogged. We were unable to access the home with the code. Thankfully the property manager was on site returning the trash can. They attempted to reset the code and were unable to do so and ended up having to open the lock box to give us a physical key. The outside chairs were dirty and covered in cobwebs. The dock has two rotten boards on it.

While it was pretty clean inside, it seemed like they decided to make this a vacation rental but didn’t prepare for it. There were only 3 bath towels total for 4 of us and they were obviously old towels (bleach stains). No kitchen towels and an old sponge in the sink. The freezer was dirty and it looked like things were just thrown underneath all of the cabinets. The toilet got clogged with every use which is likely an ongoing issue as there was a plunger by that toilet. The outside trash can was very full and we had to leave ours on the ground. Also, we live by a lake so we get it but for guests who may not I think a simple sweeping of the front and garage doors to get the bugs off would be a good idea. The description of the home led us to believe it was much more updated than it was. Not an issue, just an observation. Again it was clean. The grounds were beautiful and it was a good location for us.
