The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. Stayed a few days. Staff was always friendly. Breakfast available for the full time period every day. Very helpful since some days we were up early and some days we remembered we were on vacation and slept in. The vents were being cleaned midday to reduce impact to guests. Ok, for a discount room. The room was clean but the building was not maintained well, the breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. The staff was friendly.
