「Breakfast was basic but ok and the worst part was the fire alarm went off at 1am and everyone had to wake up and evacuate out into the cold only for them to not know what caused it and a oh sorry about that. I get you can’t compensate every room but I mean cmon you’re there on a little family vacation with the kids and then that happens and makes the rest of the stay miserable in my opinion 」

「It’s annoying that when booking the property it says a message comes up saying there’s no pool, and when you try to message the hotel to ask a question you don’t get an answer- then when we got there the indoor pool was open and when I asked about they said it was Expedia not updating there website but like what’s the point of messaging the hotel on the app if no one is answering them? 」
