Further afield, visit the stunning Dedham Vale (10 miles) and the mesmerising landscapes of Constable Country. You’ll also be just 2 miles from Alton Water, with its network of walking and cycling routes. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing and windsurfing here too, and it’s a great spot for fishing and birdwatching. For a day at the seaside, journey to the charming coastal town of Felixstowe (16 miles). Stroll along the promenade, admire the floral displays at the seafront gardens, and eat ice creams on the long, sandy beach. Other popular days out from the property include the foodie haven of Suffolk Food Hall (3.5 miles) and the family favourite of Jimmy’s Farm and Wildlife Park (6 miles). The rural hideaway beautifully blends traditional furniture with contemporary decor and design. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and frame relaxing views of the surrounding fields and forests.
