“Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”

“The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so……

Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, movie night on the beach. Located on a quiet side street so the best of both worlds. We slept with the windows wide open and it was quiet. Definitely returning with my family and recommending it. ”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

We brought in a private chef for a special meal after a memorial service and appreciated the large dining room table that accommodated all twelve of our family members (only five of us stayed at the house, but there would have been plenty of room for almost everyone!). “Could not recommend more. From the small tiny details within the remodel of the home to the smell from the air fresheners when you walk into each room, everything was done perfectly!! No corners were cut and it was the best place my family and I have stayed in overall. My moms family has been vacationing the same week at Hampton Beach for 56 years now and let me tell you, we have stayed in the oldest cottages still standing and also in some of the resort high rises but nothing can compare to……
