"The place was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. The amenities were in great condition and useful. The only problem is navigating the gigantic buildings. Too many places require long walks between elevators. With luggage it’s a drag but for steps it’s great. You’ll see when you get a condo in the bison section. Otherwise it was fantastic. "

After we checked out, we accidentally left my husband’s medications behind. We were already at the airport when the lodge called us to let us know they had found them. They confirmed our address and shipped the medications to us the very next day. We truly appreciated their honesty and care. We had a great experience and will definitely book here again on our next trip. Highly recommended! "
