  • Nestled in the tranquil village of Montgothier, this charming 3-bedroom cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, making it ideal for two families or a group of friends. Located in Normandy's lush countryside, the property features a private garden, courtyard, terrace, and a barbecue area-perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying alfresco meals. Nature enthusiasts will love the forest trails just 2 km away, while the nearby lake (7 km) offers fishing and canoeing. For beach lovers, the sea (20 km) provides opportunities for water sports and coastal exploration. The town centre of Isigny-le-Buat is only 5 km away, with access to shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. Popular attractions like Mont Saint Michel (30 km) and Saint Malo (65 km) are within easy reach for day trips. Inside, the cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area with TV, and child-friendly amenities such as a children's bed and high chair. WiFi, on-site parking, and pet-friendly access (1 pet allowed) ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Het huis is mooi gelegen in een heel rustige omgeving. De inrichting is functioneel en in de keuken is alles ruimschoots aanwezig. De tuin kijkt mooi uit over de weilanden met koeien en onderin loopt.een stromend beekje.waar onze hond vaak in te vinden is. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreken alleen Frans en ook nog eens heel snel dus soms moeilijk te verstaan. Maar verder hebben we het hier prima naar de zin.
