「The property was amazing and modern. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Their parking is in the hotel itself (unlike others in the area where it is a block away). Convenient. Clean. More of a short term apartment rental. Kitchenette. Located conveniently in the old city. There are the odd homeless people sleeping in nearby streets, but that is experienced throughout the old quarter. They do not bother anyone.」

「With enough room for two people for a couple of weeks, this apartment is very convenient to many things such as the playa and the Rambla, Parque Rodó and is across the street from our favorite Bar Rodo and Pickleball City if you would like to play a game. There is a secure parking space as well. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful explaining things.」

「Such a cozy place to stay. Had everything needed for a long term stay.」

「This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, has very adequate bedrooms for a big group (we were 8), the kitchen is very functional and the location is fabulous. There is a wonderful Basque restaurant across the street and other restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and other stores thick on the ground nearby. Veronica was easy to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay.」

「Foi ótima!.... A unica coisa que senti falta é que o hotel não oferece produtos como agua, refrigerante, etc.. para comprar na recepção, o que para algumas pessoas, como eu, que gostamos de beber agua durante a noite, é um pouco complicado.... Mas no geral, o hotel é muito bom!」

「Host is super responsive to communication. The vibe of the space is really cool. Most of the furniture is vintage so not super comfy and has signs of wear, which didn’t bother us. Some things to note before booking, the stairs are very steep, the hot water doesn’t last more than 5 minutes, and there is sometimes the smell of sewage in the room, these are things one might expect in a super old building. We enjoyed our stay and would return.」

「Diego was such an amazing host and did everything he could to make sure we had the best stay possible!!! The location was also super accessible and the bus stop is right outside the door. There’s a 24/7 convenient store a few feet away as well so you will always be able to get what you need. Highly recommend!!!」

"La habitación y el pasillo olían mal. Me quedé 5 noches y solo me limpiaron dos veces. El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. La insonorización es muy mala y se oyen los ladridos de los perros por un lado y canciones indias por el otro. La puerta era muy difícil de cerrar y abrir."
