「I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment. On another...

「Good security check. Good Hotel in Islamabad.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Expedia did not represent this hotel well, at all! Our room looked NOTHING like the picture and was NOT worth what I paid for it. The price did NOT match what we got. Also, it was supposed to have a view. When we opened the drapes, it was a construction site full of workers. We couldn’t ever open the drapes so it stayed very dark like a dungeon. When we were trying to rest, all you could hear was banging and hammering, drilling and construction site noise. The location was good, the staff was...

「On our recent two week stay in Islamabad, we tried 3 different hotels. Sintra was at the end of our trip and it was the absolute BEST hotel during this trip. After arriving at Sintra, we wished we had stayed there the entire trip. We loved Sintra. The staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming and our room was perfect. I LOVED that it was clean and we had a no smoking room. My priority is NO smoking and this is a huge problem in the city. A room that is smoked in, is completely destroyed. I’m...

「Best stay」

「Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.」

「Very accommodating. Checking and checkout amazing timing. Breakfast was good. Staff polite. Thank you」

「Very good service , good location. 」

「Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast reasonably okay. Rooms clean but bed linen needs cleaned and updated」

「Wonderful experience. Izzy was extremely helpful」

「I don’t think Expedia represented this hotel well. The room did not look like what was pictured or reserved. However, the staff here is very attentive and work very hard for you. My biggest issue was the smoking!!! Cigarette smoking absolutely destroys a hotel room! It’s disgusting and hotel management must realize that guests have health issues that cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. Once a room is smoked in, it’s ruined. This hotel was mostly clean, the staff was great, the location is very...
