“Nice, spacious suite with an amazing waterfront view. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Beautiful heated pool; I didn’t want to get out. The drinks at the tiki bar could’ve been improved. Lovely beachfront and walkable to several restaurants. ”

“Great first time experience on a houseboat. The location was perfect with access to a Cuban coffee shop and the excellent Old Tavernier restaurant. The boat was clean and well layed out. Heidi is the best VRBO host I have ever had. She is supper attentive and includes many items to support your stay (E.g. beach towels, sun screen, etc.). Thank you Heidi for a great experience!”

“Loved this place and will stay again if we go back to the Keys. Gated community with golf cart to go to the pier with great community resources, grills and sitting areas. Favorite part was the lagoon in the middle of the community not far from the screened in back porch. Full of fish you can swim with and calm beach area that is clean and nice with shade when you need it. We didn’t want to leave this place. Highly recommend!!”
