"This property is at the end of an unmade road which means you will see almost no-one during your stay so it's very private. It's an easy 30 minute drive from Faro. Rui, the host, is very helpful and easy to talk to. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and we wanted for nothing."

"This place is a real find. It is a beautifully restored house on the site of an old farm. It has spectacular views over Tavira and beautiful gardens. The interior has been renovated to a high standard and has a designer feel with great art. It is a small bed and breakfast, and breakfast was outstanding, but the highlight was being invited to join the family for a a fantastic evening meal of local specialities. We will definitely be back."

Large villa with a great layout for us - rooms for my husband & our 2 children at one end of the property with rooms for the grandparents who came with us at the other end, would also really suit 2 families. "We spent 4 nights here in march and had a great time. The house is comfortable, clean, super quiet and the owner Jorge is so friendly and went out of his way to make our stay wonderfull. My father likes to bike and the mountains nearby are perfect for intense cycling. In tavira there is a good rental bike shop. It is a very calm area, nature is beautifull. "We really enjoyed our stay, it was a pity the hot water didn’t work in the cabin for two days but that didn’t spoil our time there. The house is in a lovely position and very quiet. We had many meals in so soon felt like home, another bathroom or toilet would be better for 10 people but all in all a lovely property. "

"Amazing place to stay quiet area itself but an about 5-8 mins walk to old town ( full of shops and restaurants) and 13 mins to the marina where you can get a €4 return trip to the beach. The property its self is amazing ; roof top terrace, kitchen for use. Come and go as you please. You can acquire hair dryers and irons from reception for a €20 deposit which you get back as soon as you return the item. The airport was a short drive away and cheap via uber or bolt. "

"Great little hotel on the edge of old town. Breakfast is available for purchase but the Pastelaria across the street is amazing…don’t miss out on the pastel de nata and espresso! Everything is completely walkable and we had the best time there! Faro is small town friendly and we’ve never felt safer walking streets and back alleys at night. Take the tuk tuk tour to get an overview of the area and pay attention to the guide…he was a living history book and we had a great idea of what we wanted to see and in what order afterwards. Faro was amazing, you won’t regret your visit or this hotel. "
