"Great location, very nice staff. Elevators in both buildings. Coming the first week of June, we had no issues parking in the free public spots across the street along the water, but I imagine during the summer rush you need to purchase the hotel's limited parking. The only issues we had were no microwave in the room, and insufficient counter space in the bathroom (an increasingly common issue across properties, as ownership/management opt for cheaper/smaller ledge-less sinks, marketing them as chic). But those were relatively minor inconveniences, definitely outweighed by the aforementioned pros."

"We made a very last minute reservation when our ferry was canceled due to weather. The person at the desk moved us to the first floor because we had a stroller and got us a pack and play and was just super helpful during a very stressful time. Our room had a full kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, microwave, and was overall clean and exactly what we needed when traveling with a baby. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of the weather but it’s super close to the ferry - you can actually see the boat - and to some nice restaurants and cafes. Exceeded expectations!"

"The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System."

"We had an exceptional stay at this Martha’s Vineyard property. Everything was absolutely immaculate — from the moment we walked in, it felt fresh, pristine, and beautifully maintained. The home looks brand new, with thoughtful finishes and attention to detail throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind after long days exploring the island. The location was another huge highlight — an easy walk to both The Black Dog Tavern and 9 Craft Kitchen & Bar, which made dinners and evenings out effortless. Truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would return without hesitation."

"Beautiful home, beautiful location! Pictures do not do it justice. This home has so much character. Worked excellent for a large family event. Fully equipped kitchen made large meals a breeze. Dog and kid friendly. Layout worked perfect for our group. Large table was perfect for games, separate sitting areas for those needing a little quiet time also worked great. Location to eateries, on site parking, and proximity to ferry and beaches a plus! Beds were so cozy it’s hard to head home! Would stay again!"

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This Cottage is the perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed the beautiful quiet setting that was close to town. The host thought of everything and the cottage was so clean it felt like we were the first people who ever rented the unit. We walked into town several times and loved the location. Do not hesitate to rent this cottage. "
