"Treehouse" Cozy Retreat for 2 Near Yellowstone!

One of two "treehouse" units! Cozy room for 2.

14 miles to Yellowstone Park. Sits at base of private mountain. Beautiful views!

The cabin sleeps 2 in one queen bed. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Note: Mini Fridge, microwave, toaster and small coffee maker only. This unit does not have a full size kitchen or laundry. Basically, this unit is a private, cute, hotel-room-size suite. There are no pots, pans, dishes, etc.

We have other full size cabins that sleep 6 and have a private hot tub. If your group consists of several families perhaps renting one of our other cabins in addition would work for you! (cabin searches #729724 or #875127) Our other "treehouse" is listing #1713755.)

Satellite TV is provided. (Dish Network)

Reliable land-line internet/wi-fi provided.

The Island Park area is famous for world-class fishing on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River, the nearby Madison River and Henry's Lake. Summer activities include excursions to Yellowstone Park, Harriman State Park or Hebgan Lake. Perhaps you prefer to pack a picnic and hike or bicycle up the private mountain behind the cabin. We recommend you take time to view Mesa Falls waterfall, drive to the top of Sawtelle mountain, float the river from Big Springs to Macks Inn, visit the Johnny Sack historic cabin and of course take a moment to just relax and breath!

This was exactly what we were looking for for our 15th anniversary trip. It's not big but for two people, it didn't need to be. It was comfortable and it was not far away from Yellowstone at all. The host was incredibly quick at responding (and helping secure additional towels when we needed them). The only thing I would say is that in the mornings, you can hear the highway, but it isn't super loud or anything. Also, the view of the substation is fine for whomever complained about that. It's a great centralized location that worked brilliantly. There are no signs to alert you that you are approaching, so make sure you monitor your GPS for the turn in. Especially in the dark. Finally, if you have to move around outside in the dark, flashlight. Holy crap was it dark. Stars were great though. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern amenities, tasteful decor, very welcoming - loved it. Property owner was very thorough with the driving directions especially regarding the tricky entrance. The photo was invaluable. Cabin was perfect for our 3 nights while exploring Yellowstone. Only 15 minute drive to West Entrance of YNP. My husband and i are used to a king-size bed but managed just fine with the full bed. Cabin was clean and convenient. Would choose again!

This was the best VRBO!!! It was very cozy, but who needs more, not us!!! Sat on the back patio while eating supper, enjoying the view, when we saw a moose and baby in the field across the highway. We so enjoyed our stay and if we make it back, we will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect for two!

This little cozy treehouse cabin was a pure gem. It was immaculate and such a great, quiet place to stay. The property was near West Yellowstone for dining and shopping options and also close to Yellowstone National Park to enjoy the day adventures.
