“Fantastic stay in a beautiful part. of Northern Ireland. Communication was great and property was even better than expected. Hot tub was a welcome addition and although the property is about 45 mins from the airport, hiring a car is easy and affordable and then you have much better access here to other spots on the coast. 5 star, would stay again, and thank you to Niall and Janeen for their hospitality. ”

“Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs……

“This property is in a convenient location on a main bus route to the city centre. There is also street parking if needed. The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board.……

“Original reserved rental supposedly had a leak so we received an “upgrade”, it was actually a downgrade. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms, this had 2. The hot and cold water didn’t mix in the shower head so you could only take a scalding or freezing shower. After my 2nd kid showered, we were out of hot water; my husband and I got lukewarm only. The house was cold, and temps/times could not be over-ridden. There was moldy bread in the cabinet, the trash bin outside was overflowing so the top……
