「Attentive and friendly staff, beautiful location and beach across the street」

「We had an amazing time at Bocas del Mar. The entire staff is courteous, kind and helpful. Our airline delayed our bags. Since the closest commercial area is 1 hr away, I was very stressed because I had none of our belongings l, including our kids swim gear. I spent so many hours reaching out to the airline, but the true help came when Odalys (hotel manager) helped me contact and go to the local airline’s office to retrieve our luggage when it arrrived. After that wrinkle, our trip was perfect....
