Top Isle of Anglesey Hotel Reviews

The Anchorage Hotel
8/10 Good
"Parking was very easy and abundant. Room was quiet and quite large. Water was hot in the shower. Breakfast was self serve and adequate if not exciting. Coffee was only Nescafé and not good "

Victoria Hotel Menai Bridge By Chef and Brewer Collection
8/10 Good
"Staff were very helpful. Lovely hotel and great location. Parking on site was really useful although it gets busy on a Sunday as everyone’s there for a Sunday roast which was great!
"

Dinorben Arms Hotel
8/10 Good
"Lovely big bedroom with comfy four poster bed. Great staff, very friendly & helpful. Nice bar & lounge area. Good food, big portions. Old family run establishment full of character."

The Boathouse Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The staff were friendly and helpful but the facilities were not great. The shower took ages to get hot and it's then got too hot with almost no midday. Fire alarm kept going off apparently cause steams from the shower. Beds squeaking and broken blinds etc. "

The Valley Anglesey
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff very good and breakfast freshly cooked and not from a hot plate. Plenty of takeaways nearby but we are in and it was excellent. Only thing I could say against the Valley was nobody on reception. Road noise was also loud but didn’t really bother us too much. All in all an excellent stay and will be using again as a stop over before catching the ferry to Dublin. Well done The Valley and staff."

The Dog house, a country retreat.
10/10 Excellent
"This place is a gem! Truly a bit of paradise! The farm with horses, guinea pigs, peacocks and chickens was an added bonus! We visited over Easter break so the weather was quite chilly which enabled us to use the wood burner for added cosiness. The owners are friendly and helpful and have done an amazing job setting up a one of a kind getaway experience. "

Château Rhianfa
4/10 Poor
"The majority of the rooms is not in the castle but in a converted barn, paper thin walls so you can hear everything happening in the next room. Some rooms don’t have connected bathrooms so you hear the doors constantly slam as they need to use the toilet.
The meal in the restaurant costs 70 each and the amount of food you get is embarrassing, they will hide behind this by saying it’s fancy food but I would not even feed it to my dog.
Save your money as even if you are rich and can afford it I suggest you find a different place. "

2 Bedroom Cottage with Breathtaking, Panoramic Sea Views Bull Bay
10/10 Excellent
"The property was pet friendly despite my not taking any pets and fully equipped in a beautiful location with lovely views."

The Anglesey Arms
8/10 Good
"Great staff, and good parking spaces. Otherwise it was just fine. The room looked like it was going to fall apart even though it was pretty clean."
