「Pet friendly is an understatement. The staff were so accommodating and went way above to make us and our dog Blue so welcome from his welcome pack to the fuss made over him it made our visit truly special. Massive thanks to Lucie, Taylor and Ray for looking after us and the old dog. Breakfast was brilliant and the I would highly recommend the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. Probably the spiciest and best I've tasted.」

「This facility was a very pleasant surprise. Big beautiful room, nice harbor room, clean and comfortable. Too bad we only stayed one night. 「The Anchor was a convenient stay for us as we needed to be close to the ferry to take us to Isla. The staff were very pleasant and check-in was easy. Parking was across the street and convenient as well. The rooms are very small and dated but clean and comfortable. There is a pub next door and many people were enjoying the World Cup so it got pretty noisy but we were able to sleep. We had a fabulous dinner in the Anchor's restaurant. I have a shellfish allergy and they were able to accommodate....
