This is an excellent Hotel. We felt that they had not promoted the Hotel enough on their website. The Bar and restaurant food is exceptional. And the views from the lounge/ bar area are stunning.

The Isle of Mull Hotel is superb. Everything was perfect - staff, rooms, restaurant, bar and spa. We particulary enjoyed walking along the fairy glen to and from Craignure. We also appreciated the pick-up to/from the ferry, as we were travelling without a car.

Great location to the ferry - very dog friendly - staff very helpful - spa facilities excellent - food good - could provide a separate table from restaurant for those with dogs - eating breakfast and evening meal sitting on a sofa not very comfortable. We stayed at Kingsmill Hotel Inverness and they provided a table away from restaurant and bar - so much more comfortable eating at a table rather than being crunched up on a low sofa or chairs.

The building is long and has multiple levels and no elevator. If one has mobility issues, it would be wise to make a note when booking. The staff are super helpful and accommodating. Dinner was nice with fresh meat from an award winning butcher. They take bookings for the small outdoor hot tub, so keep this in mind if you’re looking forward to the experience.

Our room was spacious and was cleaned thoroughly every day whilst we were there.Staff were all helpful and all appeared to know their job role and responsibilities.Breakfast was initially from a menu but was changed to a buffet on our last two mornings.Both ways were fine and there was a very good choice of hot and cold food. The bar was well stocked and staff were pleasant and attentive. We ate in the bar each night and the food was very good with several choices and priced very reasonably. The hotel was close to the beach and was accessed by a board walk which we used.The hotel had a pool and spa which we did not use as we went out sightseeing each day. The view from the hotel was stunning too.

Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream. Great dog walking area with interesting wood carvings on the route. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again.

The room was the modest hotel room I’ve ever had. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub! The closet at the entrance was HUGE! Big enough for all our luggage and outerwear and then some!

The room was fantastic we paid for a king with a sea view, we had a really busy day and thought staying here would be great, we arrived and the pool was closed we were not told during the booking this was the case, when it came to dinner the ordering was made really difficult with staff confusing what was going on, the food we ordered was put on another table, Looks great and the food is nice but the service from some of the bar and restaurant staff is somewhat lacking Probably wouldn't stay again
