Great Condo

This is a great condo, well stocked and perfect amenities. The washer & dryer insude the condo were great. You will need to bring your own beach towels and it is a bit of a drive into downtown Isle of Palms but we really enjoyed our stay!

Fall Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was great. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family. The mattress’s were very nice. If we have a complaint it would be for better pillows. We would stay again.

Bedroom not what we booked

I searched countless condos to try and book the perfect vacation for myself, my husband and our elderly parents. We wanted to be on the beach and give each couple their own space. We also needed a bedroom that didn't require stairs and absolutely didn't want bunk beds. I found this condo with a main level bedroom that had 2 twin beds. I thought it would be perfect so we booked it. We showed up and there were bunk beds. When I spoke with the management company they were not aware of the bed change and had no solution for us. My elderly in-laws complained that the small (double) bottom bed was very noisy and not comfortable. The management representative that came to the condo to see the change explained that this room is the "kid" room. Our group of 6 adults would NOT have booked this condo if we were made aware that this was a "kid" bedroom. The listing even makes a reference to handicap accessible grab bars in the shower. I think the owner and the management company need to get on the same page and make the listing more accurate.

Wonderful vacation

The property was extremely clean and beautiful. There was clear communication with AvantStay and we were very happy with our visit to Isle of Palms! We hope to return!

Beautiful condo.

This condo is all that it described and better. The rooms were very comfortable, a well stocked kitchen and beautiful views. One of the best VRBO properties I have rented.

Great location, immaculate condition

Our family of 5 stayed for 7 nights-the space was perfect for us. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need; a few games and puzzles, TVs in each room were great bonus, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Short drive to Charleston, but we loved the relative remoteness of Isle of Palms. Would definitely return!

Fantastic Girls Trip

We rented this condo for a quick girls getaway. We could not have more pleased with this condo. It was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing. The location perfect. We had the best time!!

The kitchen was well stocked! Had EVERYTHING needed! GREAT layout! Perfect location! Loved the place!! Not a deal breaker, but the mattress will need to be updated soon. And some door stops would be nice (the breeze from the ocean slammed the bedroom door shut several times). 😜

COVID Dream Vacation

This two story townhouse was a perfect location for the five of us to meet during the pandemic. All the amenities, stocked kitchen and space throughout the unit was convenient, relaxing, and a blessing. The unit was clean and over looked the beach and ocean. We did not have a negative criticism.

Great beach vacation

Our family of five enjoyed staying in this property! We had a lovely view of the beach from our balcony and it was just a short walk across the dunes to be on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies such as pots, pans, utensils, etc. The furniture and bathrooms felt clean and updated. We were very comfortable during our week of vacation!

Stunning Ocean View

Stayed three nights in October and absolutely loved the views from this three bedroom condo. Fully appointed kitchen, great bedding in bedrooms, easy parking, large pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Enjoyed coffee and cocktails from the balconies. Would stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved this condo at Shipwatch even before the renovation! The layout of the unit is awesome...with two bedrooms upstairs and the third on the main level. Each bedroom has its own bath. The condo has three balconies, two of which overlook the ocean and the third that overlooks the golf course and has sunset views. Access to the beach is easy and when we have stayed here, is not overly crowded. The recent renovations are really well done. The newly designed kitchen has improved flow in that area and includes new cabinets, tile backsplash and appliances including a beverage refrigerator. It is also well stocked with glasses, plates, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bathrooms all have been redone and include new cabinets, lights and shower and/or tubs. You can tell that the owners put a lot of attention into the renovation details and that they want you to feel comfortable staying here. The unit is well maintained and very clean. This condo is a great place to hang out and relax but if you feel like venturing out, there is so much to do within a reasonable drive from Wild Dunes... Charleston, Shem's Creek, Patriots Point, Fort Sumter/Moultrie, Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant. We would definitely recommend this vacation getaway to all our family and friends. Jodi and Tom
