Nestled in a tranquil oasis by a pond with idyllic views of the Harbor Course, this residence provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. The back porches offer a comfortable spot to enjoy picturesque sunrises and the natural beauty of live oaks draped with Spanish moss. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for gathering family and friends, with floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly bring the outdoors in, enhancing your vacation experience.
Living Area:
Spacious and inviting living area with two couches and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views and bring in natural light. Ideal for family gatherings or simply relaxing in comfort.
Kitchen:
The brand-new kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a large island with bar stools for casual dining and meal preparation. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area and living room, creating an open-concept space perfect for entertaining. Modern appliances and stylish finishes make cooking and gathering a pleasure.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the serene setting from the back porches, which provide a perfect spot to soak up the sunrise and appreciate the natural surroundings of live oaks and Spanish moss. The large screened-in porch features a comfortable sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing with family and friends. Additionally, a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking on the deck right off of the living room.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite - First Floor): Features a luxurious king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.

Bedroom 3 (Primary Suite - Second Floor): A king bed and an en-suite bathroom, sharing with Bedroom 4.
