「The Heritage room has beautiful views of the harbor from the semi- private deck as well as the 1st floor deck. There is no a/c, depending on the time of year you visit. Although we did not use the fireplace (summer time), it is beautiful. The town is small & quiet (which is what we were looking for). There's 1 restaurant, otherwise you do need to travel 30 minutes. And, the Inn is dog friendly!」

There are a few shops and a few dining places that aren't open every day. The property is right on the water, exactly what we were looking for. Perfect place to watch fishing boats and the tides. Rooms vary a bit and there are some that do not have a water view. The Angelique is an end unit which is nice and I would assume keeps noises to a minimum (althought...

「This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!」
