Our hosts responded in real time when we briefly had issues w/internet - super responsive AND during a war! Hot water and great water pressure, very comfy beds and a beautifully appointed apartment to play house in - great place, great hosts, great stay!”

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Jerusalem. Was able to get through to owner using Vrbo app. Once I got a hold he was very attentive and eager to please. Had a minor difficulty with parking, but other than that I was extremely happy and would definitely come again!”

“Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had: Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not……
