“服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。”

“The room is really small. WiFi speed and quality is not stable. The shower room space is really small. Air Con didn't work when I stayed, only heater and fan were working but it was quite hot those days. The receptionists were great but the overall hotel experience wasn't good. 房間非常小, 無線網路速度及品質均不穩定. 淋浴空間真的很小. 空調在我們住的幾天都有問題, 只有暖氣及送風有作用. 我們住的那幾天剛好有點熱, 空調真的很不舒服. 櫃台人員服務及態度都很好, 但整體住房體驗很糟.”

“Has free parking lot but not enough, so we have to park the car outside and pay for it. Loscation is good in the city centre. Can reach old town and market easily. Easy to go shopping at walking distance. New interior but i don't like to carpet. Free WIFI but slow speed.”

“Property serves a la carte breakfast, included in rate. Served in a quiet lounge with window to the garden and street. Made with fresh ingredients bread, eggs, fruits etc. Bed Comfort was firm mattress, pillows all natural so may need more if accustomed to American pillows. Internet access great. Balcony room is a plus but will hear cars and motorcycles at night. Beautiful pedestrian walkway. Restaurants walking distance. taxis arrive in 2-3 minutes. Young staff, English speaking and service……
