「A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable.」

「Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful.」
