Far from attractions (30 minutes by car about), over-expensive, lazy cleaning, cocktail is about 25$ (650 tl), during checkout they give you not yours bills.

I dont recomed this hotel to others,
the room prices are over rated, although we had been upgraded to a corner room, but on check in the bed cover, and sheets were dirty, the towels were verybold, the Aircodetioner was not cooling. Location is OK, The reception team were nice but over all the room rate is expensive for such level,

Not all hotel staff speak E. The roof family’s room NOT of the stander of 5 stars hotel , Aircond.is poor and curtains of poor quality.House keepers never mob the floor during my stay more than 2 weeks! The family room in the basement NOT of the standard of 5 stars hotels Upon checking out the manager at the reception asked for extra 350 EUR , saying that prices getting higher although I paid for my stay a nonrefundable in advance! Finally he accepted to settle it with 200EUR Breakfast was average

I was there for more than week in room #1508 I had the worst experience in my life, not knowing the room I stayed for a week had bedbugs . I have red spots all over my legs, it has been over a week since I left the hotel my legs still be inchy and uncomfortable I hope they take care of that problem before having guests in that room.

This was my 3rd time going to this hotel. This last time they canceled our booking an hour before we arrived(as they claimed). We didn’t even arrive late in the evening. It wad only 7:30 pm. I would not trust any booking at that hotel.

It's my 4th time in this hotel in the past 2 years but this time was horrible. My room was dirty and it needed deep cleaning but apparently they are understaffed and i had to ask them 3 times to clean it properly. Towels were smelly, coffee corner was full of stains. The location of this hotel is great and the service used to be great, it's sad to reach this level.

My watch qas stolen, at least lost and it qas presented after 3-4 hours that it was In a trash bin, staff member asked me why i left my watch on the table, however it was ln the table when i was in the room 😳 We gave a shirt to a laundry and it was returned with no 6 buttons, no ironing as a service, food was terrible, i ordered a la carte 2 times and was unsatisfied. Sometimes no consierge to assist, for different issues called several times to reception and was ignored and left with no answer
