They’re scammers their information is misleading they’re not handicap friendly no facilities for handicaps. They’re not part of the best western chain since 2020 and yet still put the brand to the hotel.

We were a group of 19. The rooms were all ready for us when we checked in. There were no issues with the rooms. The staff were lovely. The main thing for us was cleanliness and the rooms were all nice and clean. The breakfast was very limited and wasn’t great. I would say it is is a basic breakfast. The location is great. Walkable everywhere

Even though it was not cleanest place for me the staff made all the difference. I forgot my phone in the room and they were so trustworthy and caring with all the arrangements to send it back to my country. Forever grateful for that

Hotel convenient for Haggi Sofia and Blue Mosques. On tram route. Most things walkable. Plenty of restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant quite good. Wouldn't say this was a 4* hotel more a basic 3*

Not to be confused with the Best Western hotel chain. It's just a name. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the Hotel does not meet the stated level and price. Noisy, everything is not fresh- furniture, rooms, not tasty in the restaurant.

Noise from aircon/heater too loud and need to be turned off as disturbing one’s sleep. Also noise from restaurant below. Passageways to room cluttered and untidy everyday. Generally staff ok except one particular reception staff who was most sourpuss when we did not use any taxi service he offered. We had booked another hotel for our extended stay! Breakfast the same everyday.

Great place to live …. Close to all attractions, walking distance to blue mosque, topkapi palace . Tram stat aoon was 2 min away . Surrounded by restaurants. Hotel staff was very helpful , excellent breakfast .

I like this hotel. The location is perfect , minutes from the most popular places. The breakfast was very good . But the best of everything was the service. At the reception they make you feel like you are the most important guest. Something like you are visiting friends. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liegt zentral zur allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstück ist nichts besonderes und jeden Tag fast gleich. Das, was heiss sein soll ist oft lauwarm. Obwohl auf der Expedia Seite ist angegeben, das Personal deutsch und russisch spricht, stimmte beides aber nicht.

Excellent property and very convenient to all Istanbul attractions. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Property is well maintained and has a fantastic old time charm. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

selim the receptionist is very helpful and friendly , He greets with a smile and make you feel at home, the location is great, but only the noise is the biggest problem. Cable doesnt have any English channel, the breakfast is good.

Situation idéale/Hôtel bruyant/Services médiocres
Hôtel tres bien situé...à quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites historiques. Hotel tres bruyant à cause du tramway qui passe au pied de l'hôtel et restaurant en bas ....le double vitrage n'y fait rien Petit-dejeuner tres décevant Le receptionniste est très insistant et propose des services à des prix exagérés....ça sent l'arnaque Femme de chambre qui tous les jours frappait à la porte dès 9 heures pour faire la chambre...et n'a cessée d'insister toute la durée de notre sejour(1semaine) Chambre propre mais vieillotte ...les services et la structure de l'hotel ne sont pas ceux attendus d un 4 étoiles

La posizione ottima, colazione anche abbastanza bene, personale gentile ma la stanza era decisamente troppo piccola. Al check in avevo fatto richiesta di una buona stanza ma nemmeno chiedendo hanno accertato la mia richiesta. Dalla piantina della sicurezza era per metratura addirittura la PIÙ PICCOLA! Bo. Dentro avevano talmente caldo che oltre ad aver spento tutti i termosifoni dormivamo (a dicembre) con le finestre aperte.
