Worth for the cost paid

Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often. Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot). Food : Breakfast was plenty options for the food and drink, which was out of our expectations. Staff : The staff was nice and arranged the transit for us that makes our journey efficient.

The service, especially from the two incredible receptionists, was truly exceptional. They were not just professional, but deeply personable—taking the time to understand our needs, offering recommendations, and helping us navigate a foreign country with such kindness and care. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, whether it was assisting with transportation, guiding us on local attractions, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable. It felt more like being hosted by close friends than staying in a hotel. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, reflected attention to detail and pride in their space. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, providing a restful escape after long days of exploring. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. We had a pleasant stay at Elanaz Hotel, which is situated in a fantastic area — definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with some of the best restaurants and Hafiz Mustafa just steps away. It made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and spacious enough, with a small but lovely view of the Bosphorus, which added a nice touch. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering the prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming, always ready to help and offer recommendations, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of small issues during our stay: the hot water took around two minutes to come on in the shower, and we noticed a small puddle forming in the bathroom — we weren’t sure where it came from, but it was minor. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a well-located, affordable stay in Istanbul with friendly service and easy access to major attractions.
