Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world.

Hello, we are not very pleased to host you. First of all, you wrote a room facing the mosque side and you bought a single room. You were very rude and nervous, including the moment of introduction. While you were in the room, you behaved badly by constantly shouting to the staff and making meaningless behavior. All of our areas are under camera. You want a bigger room, we told the price difference and showed it, but you did not pass, you asked for an iron, we sent an iron to the room and you started shouting again to the cleaning lady. You may have personal problems, you cannot handle this by writing false or untrue things to the hotel. especially if you want the staff to do something rude, bad and shouting, you cannot do it. Communication around the world gives good results when it is made more polite and respectful.

Ok stay for the price range
We were attending the Istanbul half marathon and the hotel is walking distance to Yenikapi for the start line. The marathon start process was delayed so we asked if we could have a delayed check out, we were told this would be 15 Euros for 2 hours but 1 hour was ok, lukcily I ran faster than expected so we only needed the hour but it seemed steep. Check in took a little while and felt unfriendly, it was about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Breakfast was ok, standard Turkish pre-prepared plate. We nopticed dozens had been made and placed on the side waiting for people to come down rather than set up fresh. My partner saw it and decided to just buy breakfast elsewhere. The room was nice although the bed was softer than i usually like. The view through the window was the space between the buildings and looked like a dump. All being said the price was 27 pounds so 5 stars was not expected. If I needed that area again i would consider staying.

For the view, the front and rear see the buildings in the city, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the buildings on the street, our area is the business district and this is the most comfortable place, the front and rear are empty. We are not by the sea or anywhere else, this is the city center. PANDEMI in breakfast !!!! (Open buffet breakfast is prohibited within the scope of covid19 measures) This is a health precaution, this is a facility that receives a safe tourism certificate and we have to comply with the rules set by our state. By necessity, we prepare plates with quality and delicious food and add cake, fruit, dessert, etc. whatever you want, including omelettes. I wish you broke our score by talking to us a little bit. If you are aware of a hotel you see that a lot of effort is spent. I would like to talk to you personally when you come back. I could not see you because you were staying for 1 day and it was a weekend.

The hotel staff at reception on both day and night shifts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The decor of the room matched that as advertised, this was very important to us as this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for access to both tram and metro stations. It is also just a few minutes walk from the high street where you will find a large range of eateries and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay and even on the last day when we had checked out and were waiting in reception for our taxi to arrive, the friendly porter offered us tea and coffee, small gestures mean a lot. Great staff, great service, highly recommended hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Искала отель в районе Лалели, чтобы было одинаково близко к остановке трамвайной линии и двух веток метро... и при этом отель был чистым, со свежим ремонтом, хорошими отзывами и по приятной цене! Летаю в Стамбул часто, останавливаюсь в разных отелях, этот отель один из лучших за эти деньги ... спасибо девушке Ире, которая даже без моей просьбы предложила номер классом выше без доплаты на 6 этаже ... Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто не готов платить большие деньги за качественное проживание!

Cups in the room were used and dirty. Tea Spoons stcin#king from the previous user, even for the following day the cups were still unclean atahis made me feel sick. the room was clean, but tea area was filthy including used tea bags on the tray

Hotel algo alejado de la zona más turística pero accesible andando, a 5-10 min hay restaurantes donde cenar. Acceso complicado por la gran cantidad de escaleras. El personal de recepción es amable pero con inglés poco fluido. Habitación amplia y limpia, cama cómoda. Desayuno poco variado y con un café terrible. Se les solicitó cama de matrimonio desde hotels.com y entendieron camas separadas. Nos pusieron en una habitación triple con las camas separadas, cosa que resolvieron juntando dos camas. Lo mejor del hotel la camarera de pisos, amable, educada y que limpiaba francamente bien..

hola Gracias por tu comentario en primer lugar. Creemos que está engañando a los invitados. En primer lugar, nuestra región es la región donde acuden tanto los clientes de compras como los turistas (qué información está escrita en el sitio cuando realiza la reserva). El hotel está ubicado en la plaza que está hasta las escaleras y esto es una ventaja, una zona donde puede alojarse cómodamente sin ruido del tráfico, etc. y a solo 1 minuto a pie del tranvía en metro. Como el hotel es completamente nuevo, todas nuestras camas tienen cremalleras con colchonetas, obtenemos camas gemelas cuando queramos, camas grandes cuando queramos. Si miras detenidamente la imagen, pones tu habitación grande y cómoda. Además, su reserva también dice que quiero 2 camas (por lo que no sabe lo que quiere comentar). Quiero dos camas significa dos camas individuales, no la cama grande. Estaremos muy contentos si no engañas a otros futuros huéspedes por las cosas que lees y escribes mal. Además, su tarjeta no funcionaba, cancelaríamos que haya venido, era información incorrecta. Si anotara cómo deseaba la habitación correctamente, prestaríamos atención a sus notas. Me dieron la habitación según tus notas. También encontraste el hotel, nadie te dio una habitación forzada o forzado a elegir el hotel. Recomendamos que sea justo y sin injusticias con las personas que trabajan.

Its not our first time in Grand Marcello.Honestly we were very dissapointed with the hotel this time.Not same condition as it was on our last stay 1 month ago.Dissapointed with the unacceptable behaviour of some staff,with the rooms condition and overall the atmosphere was quite strange and not friendly at all.Hope it ll change somehow,as our impression of first trips was awesome.

Hello there , When you first arrived the rooms were empty and you received a very spacious room, the double room you received was upgraded. The month of August was very busy and we had to give them rooms if you are what you took. The staff here was not friendly, not to say, the hotel was not available, otherwise nothing has changed. We'il wait for you again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and ended up staying for 6 nights instead of one night I had initially booked for. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Inan at the front desk was superb.
