I would like to thank the hotel staff for their high degree of professionalism, and the proactive stances they have always taken towards any queries I've raised with them. As well I will like to thank them for the wonderful hospitality with which they have welcomed me and made me feel even more comfortable, relaxed with regards to my staying to their hotel, knowing I can rely on them at any time. They truly have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm having the most pleasant, comfortable staying in. I will highly recommend the hotel to anyone that will like to visit Istanbul, they are truly professional. They were always ready to give you a hand of help at any time, showing you how much they cared about their guests and their needs. 2 gün konakladık. Çalışan arkadaslarin tavır ve tutumu gayet güzeldi. Yer olarak onunden metrobus geciyor temizlik iyiydi odalarda sorunsuz arabamızı park ettik. Sadece kahvaltı geliştirilebilir diye düşünüyorum.

De kamer stonk heel erg vanuit de badkamer, veel schimmel in de badkamer, schimmel bij de raamkozijnen heel weinig kastruimte, kastdeur kapot. We zijn na 1 dag vertrokken maar een andere hotel. Had nog wel een andere kamer aangeboden gekregen, maar ook daar was er schimmel overal, en hing er een muffe geur. Personeel was wel vriendelijk. Maar wij wilden er geen dag langer blijven.

The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

There is no laundry facilities on site. Rooms are much smaller than they say. The breakfast consists of cheese, bread, a hard boiled egg and cold french fries. There is no fruit offered like shown in photos. You can hear the pther patrons in their rooms as well as the continuous trafgic and honking of horns The staff are very accommodating. The staff go above and beyond to help.

Énorme manque d’hygiène !
Service très sympathique mais malheureusement chambre d’hôtel très sales, salle de bain remplie de moisissures, la tête de lit, l’armoire, les placards remplis de poussière. La moquette qui ressort une odeur obligé de laissé la clim allumée. Pas d’aération dans les toilettes.. sans parlé des mèches de cheveux qui traînent partout ! Notre matelas avait une grosse tache de même pour la couverture néanmoins ils nous ont mis des draps propres. Pas de gel douche que du shampoing pour ce laver ! Le petit déjeuner est le même chaque jours. Conclusion personnel adorable mais hôtel exécrable et vraiment sales, je vous le recommande pas du tous !

TRÈS BON HÔTEL
Excellent hôtel pour des vacances en famille. Le personnel est extremement sympathique, à l’écoute et serviable. La localisation est parfaite (bus à moins de 5 min à pied, commerce à proximité,…). Les chambres sont propres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci encore à toutes les personnes de l’hôtel pour l’accueil et la convivialité. On recommande cette hotel.
