Dear Marwa, Thank you for your kind review and gentle criticism. Our beautiful hotel is in the middle of possibly the most fabulous and crowded street in this part of the world. Despite triple glazing there can be issues regarding outside sound creeping in. We restored the glazing of our windows and they function much much better now. The picture you showed to reception clerk was our hotels cover photo and it was a picture of our "Junior Suite" Probably you may not noticed the pictures and the descriptions of the room which you booked and you thought that you booking the room at the cover picture.
