地理位置理想，職員友善
位置理想，附近有鐵路站，也有下山的纜車站，機場巴士站也在十分鐘步行範圍內，非常方便；附近有不少商店林立，不用擔心飲食問題，而且商店都很晚關門；附近Taksim廣場晚上時間也不少表演者及臨時商店，晚上也可逛逛；唯獨酒店門面不起眼，行過了也看不到；酒店樓下路面不平坦，拖喼較吃力

As a hotel, we take into account the criticisms of our guests who are dissatisfied and have different expectations, using all the facilities we can to please our customers, but if our customer makes a slander that is not true and may mislead others, it means that we will accept it. This guest chose our smallest and lowest-paid room himself, but as soon as he entered the room, he started hurling insults and using a very rude manner, he compared our room with the rooms of the Hilton, even though he paid one-tenth of it. He said, so the last time there was a cancellation, we placed him in one of our most expensive rooms without charge. Since he is a very old gentleman, he has never been disrespected, but now we are saddened by this unscrupulous comment he wrote here, we condemn him for this ungrateful attitude, I hope he learns not to return people's favors with such arrogance despite his age.

Bon séjour
Hôtel bien situé à 2 min à pied de Taksim centre-ville. L’hôtel est calme, nous avons pris une chambre simple, petite, si vous chercher uniquement un chambre d’hôtel pour dormir et restez peu de temps à la intérieur je vous la conseille. Le métro est à côté. Le personnel est très gentil et réponds à vos demande. Ménage fait tous les jours.

Comfortable and the manager was amazing.
Very nice hotel, Clean and cosy. Close to Taksim square, and near many restaurants and shops. Management was Brilliant and made our stay very comfortable. I have stayed here many times and hopefully will again.

Girişte çarşaflar lekeliydi daha sonrasında değiştirdiler.İlk iki gün internet yoktu. Odanın aydınlatması yetersizdi.Oda genel olarak fiyatını hak etmedi daha temiz olabilirdi(Yatak altında kullanılmış şişeler vardı) .giriş çıkış rahattı.merkeze çok yakın.

Very comfortable hotel
This hotel is a comfortable 3star hotel. There is very clear and new with kind staff. They brang our breakfast to our room on the time that we selected before. I recommend this cheap and clean hotel to all.
